We have booked the upper bar in the King's Arms, Pentyrch for our Christmas Party on Friday 9th December from 07:30pm. We had a great evening there last year, and thought we would continue to support the pub this year (they were taken over by new management a few weeks ago). We will be holding a raffle on the night - with a fabulous main prize of a year's single PTC membership.

This year's Christmas mixed doubles Tournament will be on Tuesday 27th December 2016 at 13:00. Come along for a fun afternoon of tennis followed by a few drinks, Welsh cakes and more. This will be our first fundraising event for the planned resurfacing of the courts next year. We will be charging £5 per person and will also be holding a raffle with some fab prizes. This year's Open Day is on Saturday 14th May between 12pm and 3pm. Aspart of the Great British Tennis Weekend, it's a free event and a great opportunity for non-members to come along and see what PTC has to offer. Highlights of the day will include 'Cardio Tennis' and 'Touch Tennis' sessions, junior coaching tasters, and demos of all the best equipment and gear from 'YC Sports'. Freebies and soft refreshments will be available.

Our quiz night fundraiser on Friday 6th May is guaranteed to be a fun night with cheap drinks and great raffle prizes to be won! Click here for more details. After the long winter months, many members turned up this morning to give the clubhouse and surrounding area a spruce up in time for the summer season. Thanks to all that managed to spare some time and lend a hand. The club has never looked so good!

It was a great turnout at the annual mixed doubles tournament on Sunday 27th December. Everyone was still in the festive spirit and a great time was had by all. Thanks to all that came and to Jen Holmes for organising.

PTC took over the upper bar of The King's Arms, Pentyrch for the Christmas 2015 social. Many members enjoyed a three course meal and some just came for drinks. Thanksto all that came, and to Sian Bassett Roberts for organising. A great night was had by all!

It was a great turnout at the annual Helen Williams Tournament. The mixed doubles event is open to all members and a prize will be awarded to the winning pair by last year's winners. Thanks to all that came and those involved in organising the event. Here's to the next one!

To celebrate the 'Great British Tennis Weekend' the club organised a mixed doubles afternoon on Saturday 1st August between 1pm and 4pm. The mixed ability event was open and FREE to both members and non-members and was a great success!
